Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Vibe Cook. You can also get there in the app: open the menu (top left), tap Settings, then Subscription › Manage subscription. You keep Full Kitchen Access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue them ourselves.
I paid, but the app still asks me to subscribe.
Open the menu, tap Settings, then Subscription › Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. A subscription belongs to one Apple Account and one Vibe Cook account at a time.
What’s free?
Without a subscription you get two chats with Rosie every 7 days, with up to 5 messages in each. Full Kitchen Access (monthly or yearly, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers) removes that limit.
What does Rosie remember, and how do I change it?
Tap the chef’s hat (top right) and open What Rosie knows. Your name, gear, never-suggest list, swaps, diet and spice level are all there, and every change saves on its own.
Rosie suggested something I’m allergic to.
Rosie is an AI and can be wrong about what’s in an ingredient. Always check labels yourself if you have an allergy or a medical diet. Please tell us what happened at the email above so we can make it better.
The mic doesn’t work.
Vibe Cook needs Microphone and Speech Recognition access. Open your iPhone’s Settings › Apps › Vibe Cook and turn both on. Your voice is turned into text by Apple; we never receive the audio.
How do I delete my account?
Open the menu, tap Settings, and tap Delete account at the very bottom. It’s immediate and permanent: your kitchen, saved recipes and chats are all deleted. It does not cancel a subscription, so cancel that with Apple first.
How do I delete a single chat?
Open the menu (top left), then press and hold the chat and choose Delete chat.
